Surface Finishing – Painting
Painting finishing of metal surfaces is a method of protecting metals from oxidative corrosion with colors.
The phenomenon of corrosion that occurs around us refers to the damage, degradation of performance, or deterioration of the state of various materials under the environment’s action (with a combination of chemical, electrochemical, and several physical factors).

Powder Coating
Powder coating is a surface finishing treatment of spraying plastic powder on the parts, which often refers to as electrostatic powder coating. And this process is a more common international use of metal surface treatment of decorative technology since the 1980s.

Zinc Plating Surface Finishing
Zinc plating, also known as cold galvanizing in the industry, uses electrolysis to form a uniform, dense, well-bonded deposit of metal or alloy coating on the surface of a manufactured part.
Compared to other metals, zinc is a relatively inexpensive and easy-to-coat metal. It is a low-value corrosion protection plating widely used to protect steel parts, especially from atmospheric corrosion, and for decorative purposes. Plating techniques include bath (or rack) plating, barrel plating (for small pieces), blue plating, automatic plating, and continuous plating (for wire and strip).
Hot Dip Galvanizing(HDG)
Hot-dip galvanizing is a surface finishing process. During this process, the molten metal reacts with the iron substrate to produce an alloy layer, thereby combining both the substrate and the coating.
To finish this galvanizing process, we need to remove the oxide from the steel parts’ surface through acid pickling. Then put the workpieces into a bath of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solution or a mixture of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride for cleaning. Finally, dip the workpieces into a molten zinc bath for plating.
Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform plating, strong adhesion, and long service life.
