Same as most die-cast products, these die casting grips are made from zinc and aluminum alloys. And as a matter of fact, die casting is a widespread casting process. During this process, the molten metal will be forced into a mold cavity under high pressure. And it suits the manufacture of a large quantity of small- to medium-sized castings.

Q: Do you sell this kind of product directly?
A: No, all of our products are custom manufactured for our clients, and what we supplied are OEM products only.
Q: What will you do if I have a similar product request?
A: First of all, our engineers will evaluate the project, and probably they will discuss more details with you to know the project better, and then the engineers will work out a reasonable solution and calculate the cost. After that, we will submit the solution and price quotation to you. And after all the terms get approved by both of us, we will start with a contract for molds and sample making.
Q: How can I know if you can make out the qualified products for us?
A: After we finished the molds making, we will supply samples for you, and if there is any problem happened to the samples, we will modify the molds and re-make samples for your confirmation again until the final qualified products get approved.
Q: What about the business commercial terms?
A: For molding, we need 100% prepayment, but while the mass production quantity reaches a certain number, these molding fees could be counted into the mass production payment. For mass production orders, 30% of the total amount needs to be prepaid, and the balance needs to be cleared before the cargoes are leading or against the copy of the shipment BL.
Q: What about the lead time of production?
A: The lead time of the mass production depends on the quantity and our production schedule. For most of the products, the molds could be ready within 30days. And the lead time of a trial order is 25-30days.
Q: What about the packaging?
A: The packaging method is based on the requirements of the clients, and cartons and plywood pallets are the primary options, and other packaging solutions like plywood boxes, steel pallets are also available.
