This kind of parts is called Protective Holders used for Household Appliances, there are several series of products for different models of appliances. And they are manufactured as per the detailed manufacturing drawings from the client.

Pre-galvanized steel sheet is the material of the products, and the thickness is 1.2mm.

Application of The Product
With the two ribs on the body, the part gets very good rigidity after the bending of the two “legs”, which also makes the resilience of the bending very small. So, this kind of products is strong enough to be applied as a holder to protect and support the power transmission unit of the machine. At our customer’s workshop, the protective holders are used for the Washing Machines’ drums, likes showing in the pictures below.

FAQ
Q: Do you sell this kind of products directly?
A: No, all of our products are custom manufactured for our clients, and what we supplied are OEM products only.
Q: What will you do if I have a similar product request?
A: First of all, our engineers will evaluate the project, and probably they will discuss more details with you to know the project better, and then the engineers will work out a reasonable solution and calculate the cost, after that, we will submit the solution and price quotation to you. And after all the terms get approved by both of us, we will start with a contract for molds and sample making.
Q: How can I know if you can make out the qualified products for us?
A: After we finished the molds making, we will supply samples for you, and if there is any problem happened to the samples, we will modify the molds and re-make samples for your confirmation again, until the final qualified products get approved.
Q: What about the business commercial terms?
A: For molding, we need 100% prepayment, but while the mass production quantity reaches a certain number, these molding fees could be counted into the mass production payment.
For mass production orders, 30% of the total amount needs to be prepaid, and the balance needs to be cleared before the cargoes leading, or against the copy of the shipment BL.
Q: What about the lead time of production?
A: It depends on the quantity of the orders and on the production schedule of our workshops. For most of the products, molds could be finished within 30days, and the delivery could be arranged in 25-30days for the trial order, and the following orders will be arranged as per the regular production arrangement.
Q: What about the packaging?
A: The packaging method is based on the requirements of the clients, and cartons and plywood pallets are the primary options, and other packaging solutions like plywood boxes, steel pallets are also available.
